Five for Friday

Yay – it’s Friday! This week I’m looking forward to the following:

Brunch in the city

I’m meeting up with a friend and we’re having brunch on the Lower East Side tomorrow – will be fun to catch up!

Date night

After brunch and some shopping, The Husband is meeting me in the city and we’re going to hang out and grab some dinner

Starbucks

They’re currently running the “buy 1 early/get 1 half off later” promo, so I will definitely be partaking in that tomorrow  🙂

I think we’re going to get down to business this week so I’m looking forward to making our event a great and successful one

Love my Outfit

Day 3 of the blog challenge!  This post is about Valentine’s Day outfits. Since this year, Valentine’s Day falls on a Tuesday, I don’t think there’s going to be any big plans in our household.  We’re not huge V-Day people anyway, but if we were going all out to a fancy night on the town, here are some options I would wear:

Pretty dresses with a bit of glitter!

Or if it was a more casual outing:

Maybe a cute day dress with some fun accessories

Can’t go wrong with a sweater dress – so comfy and versatile

Or the old standby – skinny jeans dressed up with some heels and fun jewelry
